Refund Policies

PriceSmart has the following refund policies:

Online shopping
PriceSmart Foods offers a 100% money back guarantee on items returned within 14 days of purchase, with some restrictions.

Large volume orders
Orders that are considered large volume (0.29 m3 or more) are processed separately and may require an alternative delivery method. If approval is rejected, the member will be reimbursed for the cost of the order.

Lost or stolen membership cardA replacement membership card can be obtained at any Membership Counter at a PriceSmart warehouse club with an official picture ID. The replacement fee is $5.

Item returns
Items can be returned from another country if the member has the receipt and is within the refund time frame.
